Ready for another snowfall? I have one here today but it’s paper crafted of course. I’m having fun with some stamped snowflakes using a sweet snowflake set by Hero Arts. Snowflakes are so timeless, I always think that having at least one great snowflakes set in your stash is a requirement for those winter months.
Today’s card is another white design but this one is a clean and simple one layer design with a hit of color. Did you notice the snowflakes are stamped in more than one shade of ink? It’s an easy stamping technique called rock ‘n roll. You ink your stamp up with one color as usual and then roll the edges along another ink pad to highlight the edges. I also love how it gives each image a “pop” of interest.
Quick Tip: Decide how you want your final card to look bfore you start stamping. By grouping the images together you get a tighter design element.
