Spring finally arrived this weekend with an absolutely gorgeous day on Saturday. It was just in time for Easter and it felt so good to be outdoors without a coat again. Today is Easter Monday. Not quite sure what that is but here in Canada it’s a school holiday. We’re not complaining. Hubby has to work but the rest of us plan to have a relaxing day together. Nice!
I’m totally into misting these days as you can see. Mr. Huey’s Calico White mist by Studio is my absolute fave as it goes with everything. I particularly adore it on kraft.
Today I’m sharing my final Up the Street Project from the March/April kit. Cards are fabulous for using up all those leftover bits and pieces after you create a layout.
My favorite thing about this card is the Thickers accents in the punched scallops of the Maya Road envelope. I never use up those sticker dots and this is a great way to do so. Apply the dots when the envelope is closed and center in each punched hole. You’ll still see them when you open the envelope.
Hugs,
