What’s new with you?
We had a wonderful Christmas and were blessed with fun times with family and lots of lovely gifts. I’m thinking that this week, a serious toy clean out will be in order to tidy things up and bless someone else with things the little boys no longer use. They grow up so quickly. I hope yours was wonderful as well.
Today’s card is a simple stamped design with a bracket edge. It’s super easy to create this edge by simply die cutting it with the Tim Holtz On the Edge Bracket die. I’ve stitched around the edges for a little visual interest.
Sewing related product is still really hot right now. This sentiment and dress form is from the Hero Arts Sew Artsy stamp set and is stamped in Jet Black Archival Ink and then paper pieced. Sewing related accessories always work well on this type of card and I’ve added a little knot of velvet ribbon, a Hero Arts clear button and a Making Memories Garment Pin.
