Fussy Cutting

There are so many beautiful papers out on the market these days. I just can’t get enough of them. One technique that is easy to do and highlights beautiful designs in the paper is fussy cutting. You simply cut out image you want to highlight and then adhere it with dimensional foam tape.

I’ve layered this pretty floral accent over a doily and some more patterned paper for a pretty and feminine design.

Quick Tip: When fussy cutting, use very fine, sharp scissors and turn the paper, rather than the scissors for a smooth cut.

Supplies: Doily by Little Yellow Bicycle, Tim Holtz Mini PinsTiny Attacher &   Adage Ticket by Advantus, flower by Prima, twill ribbon, Dimensional Foam Adhesive, Brushed Corduroy Distress Ink & Stickles by Ranger, cardstock by Bazzill, 6×6 paper pad by Webster’s Pages

Have a beautiful day!
