It’s Mitten Weather

Baby it’s cold outside and it is DEFINITELY mitten weather. We haven’t seen any snow yet but the nights are well below freezing and I know it’s on its way soon. The little boys can’t wait although, I for one can. Now that I’m finally mostly back on my feet there is so much catching up to do. First on the list is buying the little ones some new winter boots.

Mitten Weather Wall-Hanging

I was having some fun creative time last week and found this 6×6 paper mache wall hanging in my stock of things to alter. I love creating altered projects and it’s always nice to change up what you are creating. It recharges those creative batteries. I’m loving the fun color combo on this Cosmo Cricket Mitten Weather paper. The hit of muted¬† purple is so fresh for a Christmas line.

Quick Tip: Did you notice that Rudolph has a very shiny nose? A little clear crystal colored with a red Copic Marker makes it easy for him to “light the way”.

Supplies: Mitten Weather Paper Crafting Kit and chipboard by Cosmo Cricket, twine, crystals and crystal brads by Zva Creative, Labels Four Die by Spellbinders, sandpaper
