play

We’ve been hard at work here with renovations but I find that it’s always important to take some time out to play. My kids are big game and puzzle fans. We love spending a family night together. I’ve been a Blockus addict since learning to play at New Years. I have to admit they start to groan when I try and corral them into playing with me. My 4 & 7 year olds are always happy to play but finding the 4th player…the teenagers have to be in the right mood.

Do you like to play games? Maybe puzzles are your thing. Perhaps sports? No matter what you like to play, I hope you’ll play along with today’s WT challenge…Way’s to Play. Crossword puzzles, bingo cards etc are a hot trend right now in paper crafting but I thought I’d broaden up the challenge to anything you like to play. Check out the challenge here.

Good Luck Crossword Card

This card uses a new scrapblock I designed for Cornish Heritage Farms. It was released a couple weeks ago and it’s been so busy, I’m just finally getting around to creating with it. Eek! Where does the time go?! I’ve stamped it on an angle here and then added in an accompanying sentiment with Cosmo Cricket Tiny Type. You could also write in words with handwriting or just leave it empty f or the pattern. Paper is by Jenni Bowlin…little 4×4 papers that I’ve arranged to form a patchwork background.

Supply List: Front Porch 4×4 patterned papers and Vintage Style Button Jenni Bowlin, Crossword Scrapblock and Encouragement Expressions by Cornish Heritage Farms, flower by Prima, Tim Holtz Paper Clip and Hinge Clip by Advantus, Brushed Corduroy Distress Ink & Black Archival Ink by Ranger, Tiny Type Letters by Cosmo Cricket, sewing machine, Simply Smooth White cardstock by Cornish Heritage Farms

Happy stamping!
