Just One Girl

You may have noticed,  there’s a lot more layouts of my daughter than of some of my boys. It’s not favoritism on my part (although out of five children, I’m most glad that one was a girl) but more a combination of things. One: she’s the only one who will stand still for a photograph for more than a second, two: she’s actually interested in the layouts and three: I admit it…I love using girly products. Something just doesn’t work so well when you combine flowers and bling with rough and tumble boys.

I created this layout with a sheet of paper from Lily Bee Designs and a journaling die cut by Lily Bee as well. I love the fun colors mixed up with the beautiful damask print on the paper.

Quick Tip: Printing photos in black and white will make them match any patterned paper.

Supply List: patterned paper by Lily Bee Designs, Binding Edge Punch by EK Success, Tim Holtz Sanding Block & Tiny Attacher, trim by Fancy Pants Designs, twine, clip by making Memories, rub-on by Jenni Bowlin, Buttons by Cosmo Cricket, Flower Creations 3 dies by Spellbinders

Take care,
