I thought I’d mix things up a little this morning and share a few love themed projects I’ve been creating. I’m lovin the pop of red on these cold winter days.

This first card is one I put together from some fun elements from the Keep In Touch Card Kits. I love to collage pieces together and the vintage and eclectic look of these kits is so much fun!  The really neat thing about these kits is that each one is unique and Kelly has such a fabulous touch of putting all the goodies together.

Always and Forever

This second card uses my new ETC digital Printable to create a quick and easy graphic style card. The Printable is printed onto glossy photo paper for a crisp and clean look. The key is a darling little Tim Holtz Word Key.

Key to Love

Now I’m off to finish writing my Christmas Cards. Better late than never! LOL

Take care!

  1. Both cards are adorable, Julia. I especially like the first one with all of the fun embellishments added.

  2. ok Julia-you know I love your cards but please share how you mail your heavily embellished cards safely!! I have already had 2 Christmas cards returned this year. They had to be mailed out of state so the PostOffice wasn’t able to handstamp them. Makes me sad to see all my efforts destroyed.

    Merry Christmas!

  3. Hi Julia,
    Love both of your cards.
The second one is MY favourite!! Love that key!!! :o)
I live in Canada and a lot of my cards go to USA or England. I have to take them to the Post Office to have them weighed and measured so that they put the propter postage on them. I also have to fill out a ‘Small Package Form’ and list all the things that are put on the card ie: buttons, key, flowers etc. before they will mail them. Hope that Laura B. comes back to read this…….
Merry Christmas and thank you for brightening up my life with your work, Candy

  4. thanks, Candy! My post office suggests I insert bubble wrap to protect the card which of course is more $ but well worth it!

  5. Gorgeous work Julia!! Love them both! xx
