Golf anyone?

I have a couple simple summer designs to share with you today. I love Nancy’s beautiful sketched images and these are both from her Shady Tree Studio line. I’ve always been fascinated with hands and the Athletic Hands set focuses on hands doing their thing. I think this golfer image is my favorite. I decided to go with a round image panel as it was a great shape for the image and sentiment combined as well as the idea of a ball. To create a fun dimpled background, I embossed my white background with the Swiss Dots embossing folder and used the reverse side.

Quick Tip: Try using the reverse side of your embossed paper for a totally different look.

I realized that I’d missed sharing this design with you from the last Shady Tree Studio release. I love this big bold bloom. The background is the Ornamental Borders Scrapblock stamped onto vellum cardstock for a subtle translucent look.
