I love text in projects. It’s such a great look. While I do have some patterned paper in this design (isn’t that Cosmo Cricket perfect for this), the text is not patterned paper and it’s not newspaper. It’s a new Scrapblock, 6″ x 6″ of red rubber so that you can stamp text anywhere you want it. That’s a sneak peek of one of June’s Scrapblock releases. I have another one up my sleeve too but we’ll just have to wait.
The baseball image is a new Shady Tree Lane stamp from the Athletic Hands stamp set. It’s perfect for those guy cards and of course, athletic girls as well. The Cosmo Cricket paper just reminded me of baseballs and I thought this was the perfect match.
