Roses and Love

What better way to start off the new year than with thoughts of love? This new Thomas Kinkade image, A Perfect Yellow Rose is gorgeous in yellow but looks stunning  in other colors too. I love the image stamped monochromatically in Cranberry Adirondack Pigment ink for a warm, more Valentine’s look. I’ve been wanting to try out a Thomas Kinkade image stamped on kraft and highlighted with the white colored pencil and I think it’s a great look. Hope you aren’t tired of seeing this technique. It’s elegant but oh so easy!

Quick Tip: Change the color of your flower embellishments to coordinate better with the project by sponging with the ink you used to stamp your image.
