Simply Saturday…simply manly

Published by Julia Stainton at 5:51 am under Card Designs, Cornish Heritage Farms

Unlike the complex female…males are pretty simple. Right? ;) Well…maybe not BUT they DO like their cards simple. That means no lace, no frou-frou… just plain and simple and it better be manly in theme! Well…with mountains and fishing and a nice straightforward layout, this card is definitely manly. I’m loving my new Thomas Kinkade Masculine Series Paper Pack for those masculine designs. Beautiful rich textured solids put together in a package of beautiful image from Kinkade paintings… I know this card is a safe-bet for my hubby.

When creating with these papers and images, please do not be afraid to cut them up! On this design, I cut my 4″ x 4″ square image into three panels and then sponged the edges for a distressed look. Adding a simple sentiment as the only stamping and you have a super simple card.

Have a simply wonderful Saturday!
