Flourishes…
I love the flourishes that are “all the rage” these days. You can tell I love them…just look up at my banner. Today, Trudee posted the Ways to Use it Challenge for me so that I could spend more time with my mom. I spent the morning there and came home for this afternoon as the babysitter had to leave. Mom no longer knows I’m there and I know it won’t be long until she is free from her disease and will be in Glory. This simple card is inspired by her.

Julia, I know the act of creating this card helped you feel your Mom’s presence even more. A little bit of her must always be with you when you do your beautiful work. I had the same experience with my own Mom a few years ago and sometimes when I stamp or create she’s very much there with me. I felt a pang of pain for you when I read your post and saw your card. Be well, Julia. Your Mom feels your love and I know she’s peaceful because of it.

My heart aches for you and your family Julia. So much so that I have tears in my eyes as I post this. Please know that you are in my thougts and prayers. My SIL passed last September due to Cancer at 45 (way to soon) so I know somewhat of what you are going through.
