I'll have to try it. I'm from Alberta, not too far from the town where Jean Pare was from (still is???). I have a few of her cookbooks too and I use Casseroles quite a bit. The Lazy Perogy casserole is really yummy when you want comfort food. It would make all the anti-carb people drop dead at the mere sight of it (that should tell you how good it is!).
