And more Blooms Still….
While this stamp was still out yesterday…I know, I’m bad, I don’t put them away right away…I just had to make another quick card with it and a piece of patterned paper from My Mind’s Eye. I found the scrap paper on my desk and thought…where did that come from? It turns out, it was the flip side of one a beautiful orange toned paper that I had used a few weeks ago. I just love the soft mottled look of it and thought I’d try stamping on it. To keep the focus on the fresh look of the beautiful paper and stamp, I kept the design really simple. The flower stamens are once again highlighted with my Signo white gel pen. Mon Amie from SU’s Carte Postale set is stamped at the top in black and I just love how the Prima flower is the same color tones at the paper. This flower is from the Prima Essentials Lucid Collection and the center is a charm from K&Company. The stitching along the bottom of the card is actually a rub-on….so fun and easy! I’ve really been enjoying rub-ons for the past while and these cool ones come from http://oneheart-onemind.com/
Wishing you all a fabulous Easter Sunday!
